Symbolised by a pair of scales, the Libran is always trying to achieve a balance. Like gentle doves of peace they go around meditating and patching up quarrels between others. The Libran person is polite, yet he would not refrain from telling you that your dress does not quite suit you. He is fond of people but would stay miles away from large, noisy gatherings.
He would be the ultimate peace lover and mediator of all disputes, but would also be the keenest participant in a good argument. He would be brilliantly intelligent, but would also be quite naive at times.
Confusing, puzzling and simply infuriating. That is how a Libran will be described by all other signs. Women have a bow shaped mouth and 'lips like cherry wine'.

Libran investors
What they buy needs to feel and look beautiful with soft pastel shades, high quality interior design. They find it hard not to get emotionally involved with each investment. Librans need to learn how to detach themselves from the property and see it as a pure investment. Sometimes a Libran may not buy a property because it does not 'look nice', or it is in 'a tatty area' and with this approach, they could lose out on a stoking deal. They are great at weighing up all the pros and cons of a deal. They are ever-ready to buy anything, which can enhance their love, beauty and sweetness in life. They normally visit beauty parlours, boutiques, library and shops of ethnical products. Venus beauty is class in itself. They love to buy costly drinks, bedsheets, glasses, wine, makeup gadgets, furniture and TV sets. Women may buy diamonds sets, and specially designed raincoats, umbrellas, undergarments and swimming suits.

Libra fashion
However, Librans are certainly no showoffs and would not let you think that he or she is superior to you for quite some time. But to expect that Libran women would play pretty woman all the time would be asking for too much. They are good at charming with their negotiating skills at various parties. Certain Librans may not like to live in small cities where luxury is not available.

Libra choice
Creative and artistic, they would work hard at making their house into a home. Everything would be perfectly balanced and elegant. Librans are usually considerate, kind, helpful and understanding. They are always ready to listen to suggestions from colleagues, which is a great asset. Their own decisions will be all the more effective if they have assimilated advice from others.

Symbolised by the scorpion, the Scorpio is perceived with awe, respect and even plain fear. Why the Scorpio evokes such reactions is not difficult to comprehend, but what is difficult is why do they not appreciate it. Well, the simplest thing to do is to try and understand the sign so as to avoid over-reacting. The Scorpio likes to remain unnoticed, and manages to do a really good job of it.

Scorpio investors
Having fixed interests, they are careful buyers. Some Scorpios are confused and fickle-minded while shopping. Their attitude is a two-edged sword, therefore, they examine what they want to buy many times over before purchasing it. They have a rather lavish hand where cash is concerned. They believe in spending on objects or activities that bring happiness and beauty. Scorpios may buy a home at a quiet oasis, away from the jangling discord of the outside world. Perfumes, napkins, toys, pickle, tiffin boxes can be a favourable choice.
Scorpios will take a risk only when the figures add up. They are very secretive about their investments and can get involved with offshore and private bank accounts. Power is extremely important in the Scorpio scheme of things, especially where career is concerned. They cope easily with it and enjoy doing so. They have a brilliant mind and cannot go for instant shopping, as they tend to buy branded goods, like trousers, belts, shoes, goggles, caps, and hats. They do not compromise on quality. You will find the latest dining table, crockery and napkins in their home and their bathroom will be furnished in the latest trend.

Scorpio fashion
Scorpio women, right from childhood, show their preference for the darker and so-called unfeminine colours. And strangely, when she wears them, she would look super feminine. Yet, she would give you the impression of being all girly and womanly, till you realise that she is more of a tigress than a kitten.
The Scorpio man may be the one who is living an austere, simple life for his own specific reasons. However, most Scorpios tend to surround themselves with the sheer comfort of luxury. Colours such as turquoise, the bluish-green of the ocean, shades of aqua or a mixture of blue and green appeal to them.

Scorpio choice
They are willing to work hard and long to achieve their goals and, being secretive, do not normally divulge all plans. They may tell some of the facts but will always keep the trump card hidden. Scorpios demand the utmost from themselves and, when in a position of authority, expect the same from others. So they are likely to come up against some harsh criticism unless they learn to relax the reins of discipline and become more tolerant.
