A Tata Enterprise, Infiniti Retail is spread across 11 cities in India. Croma is a multi-brand outlet retailing a wide range of over 2500 electronic products and the best brands available. It is an outcome of Infiniti’s joint venture with the Australian retail giant Woolworths.
Marketing initiatives
As a company, Croma always strives to innovate around product offerings to strengthen the brand’s promise. As a result, a number of consumer benefits had been initiated, such as extended warranty, extensive staff training, etc. All the marketing and merchandising efforts are aimed at helping the customers buy.
Training programme
The brand regularly conducts refresher training courses to ensure that its sales executives are always abreast of the latest technology. The training courses cover soft skills apart from regular product training. Croma also has internal promotion programmes such as Potential Identification Centre (PIC).

We are looking to expand in smaller cities this year. Infiniti Retail Ltd is targeting a turnover of Rs 1,550 crore in the current fiscal 2010 - 2011, up from Rs 1,021 crore last year. We will be investing between Rs 40-50 crore on store expansion.
