Burberry held events to celebrate the Burberry stores in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Evening events held on 20 and 21 August respectively were hosted by Feroze Gujral. Over 120 guests attended the cocktail events including Vani Ganapathy, Manoviraj Khosla, Prasad Bidappa, Dia Bhandari in Bangalore and Shalu Bhupal, Pinky Reddy, Rekha Reddy, Ashmita, Harvesh, Raju Naik in Hyderabad.

Burberry store in Hyderabad opened in May 2010 and in Bangalore in January 2009. Stores reflect new store design concept developed by Burberry Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey, where British materials and themes are used throughout.

There are two more stores of Burberry in India, one in Delhi and other in Mumbai.
