Inorbit Malls have recently introduced an interactive feedback mechanism, in order to connect with their shoppers in real time. They have created an online forum on micro blogging site, Twitter as well as launched a dedicated 24 hour GSM customer short messaging services (SMS).
For real time response, Inorbit Malls have set up a dedicated digital and social media team which will monitor these posts and respond to shoppers in real time.
