Making a comeback after a harsh first- innings, one of world’s coolest car makers, Ferrari, is all set to hit the Indian roads yet again. The brand has recently opened its store in Delhi.
This is the second time Ferrari has launched a store in Delhi. It has appointed Select Cars Pvt Ltd as its distributor. Ferrari entered the Indian market way back in 2011 with the Shreyans Group being its sole distributor.
The first innings of Ferrari was not so well. The store was accused of poor after sales services by several Ferrari owners and it went worse the Chairman and MD of Raymond Group, Gautam Sighania started to express his disappointment in public. This ultimately led to Ferrari ending their tie-up with the Shreyans Group in a matter of three years.
But as per Ferrari, things are going to be different this time around. “We will strive to constantly exceed our customer’s expectations in every way. The showroom will offer the new car sales and the highest quality of after-sales service with an unprecedented buying experience,” said Yadur Kapur, Director, Select Cars Pvt. Ltd.
The company seems to be taking the Ferrari experience seriously. Interested customers will be able to completely modify the car they wish to buy.
Ferrari has rolled out its second- innings and this time, it seems like it could be a longer one.
