In the high streets of South Extension, Part- 1 Market, New Delhi along with company’s MD Abhishek Ganguly and one of Bollywood’s renowned faces and fitness freak Jacqueline Fernandez, German sportswear goods maker Puma has today launched its biggest store in the country which spreads across 4,800 sq ft.
The of opening this three-floored outlet also marked the launch of Puma's 'Forever Fast' store concept, that showcases the widest array of the company’s latest performance and sport-style products including a variety of exclusive items.
Puma has about 20 Forever Fast stores across the world in cities such as Berlin, Seoul, Istanbul and Shanghai and have opened the first in India (New Delhi) today.
While speaking to Retailer Media, Abhishek Ganguly, MD, Puma India said, “We are thrilled to introduce The Forever Faster store concept in Delhi, which is first of its kind and Puma’s biggest flagship store in the country. The store’s layout and bold visuals displays allow us to strongly engage with consumers in a very unique manner.”
As a brand, Puma’s endeavour is to provide the most stylish and cutting edge products, the store brings to Indian consumers a very international offering of footwear and apparel, he added.
“For this newly opened store the company has designed an exclusive range of products in collaboration with international designers such as Alexander McQueen and Chris Stamp. This is a premium store and the prices will be higher than at the regular stores," Ganguly said.
The company will look to open at least two more Forever Fast stores, in Mumbai and Bengaluru, he said, without divulging the time frame.
The company expects these Forever Fast stores to generate maximum revenue in days to come, leaving behind its most successful stores.
