Reebok, Adidas to redesign the marketing strategy: Set to enter tier 2 markets and small towns

World's leading shoe maker Reebok and Adidas are restructuring the marketing strategy with a vision to boost the sales.

In order to boost sales in tier-2 cities and towns in India, World's leading shoe maker Reebok and Adidas are restructuring the marketing strategy. This was stated by Dave Thomas, Managing Director (MD) Reebok and Adidas India who was in Ludhiana to inaugurate a Fit hub store which is a new concept and part of the expansion strategy.

On asking how both multinational companies are working towards contributing to Make in India vision of the Government, Thomas said that close to 80 percent of their total production is being manufactured in India itself as compared to other companies. As per his thinking, it is the best example of Make in India.

When asked about the growth of both companies post merger, he said that both companies are being managed efficiently by team of professionals who are taking special care to make the image of both brands more stronger than before and anticipated levels of growth are also being achieved. He also said that observing the latest technology and tech savvy nature of youth, the company will be coming up with some models of shoes and gears which the youth will be able to connect with their everyday use gadgets to map different aspects.
