NEW DELHI: UK based footwear company Church's is all set to enter India as it has inked exclusive distribution deal with multi-brand retailer Heel & Buckle, says a PTI report.
'UK's iconic luxury footwear brand Church's is entering into India as a result of an exclusive distribution tie-up with Heel & Buckle. Churches will be available at Heel & Buckle's outlets,' PTI quoted Dhiraj Bathija, Heel & Buckle Managing Director of Heel & Buckle in its report.
According to the report, price range of Church's footwear will be from Rs 20,000 to Rs 72,000. The pricing of the product in India and UK will be same.
Heel & Buckle operates through three outlets in Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon.
Heel & Buckle is currently working on aggressive expansion plans as it aims to open up to 12 exclusive stores across India this year and around 120 120 Shop-in-Shops in the next 2-3 years.
Heel & Buckle has already lapped up Alessandro, Magnanni, Rad Russel, Pazzion and Paco Gil in its portfolio.
The Church's brand was founded in 1873 in Northampton, England by Thomas Church and his three sons.
Church’s was acquired by the Prada Group in 1999.
