Premium lifestyle brand for men, women and youth, Van Heusen has recently launched its first all-digital store called ‘Van Heusen Style Studio’ in Indiranagar, Bangaluru. This first-of-its-kind store tends to enhance shopper experience leveraging technology.
The newly launched store is spread over 5,500 sq. ft. area and offers digital assistance to shopper to avoid the hicks of typical offline shopping. The shop offers personalised experience in terms of product size, fit and style that suits the best.
Commenting on the launch, Vinay Bhopatkar, COO, Van Heusen, said, "The store focusses on elevating the shopping experiences for our consumers and at the same time simplifies the shopping process through the use of various digital experiences."
The store has a 'Fit Suite' that recommends appropriate fit and size according to body type. The virtual trials helps shoppers identify their style type by throwing up up to 20 different looks as per questions answered by the patron. Consultants, in-house stylists and style recommendation apps provide personalised style recommendations to consumers.
Bengaluru-based Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, which brought Van Heusen to India, has partnered with Singapore-based design studio FITCH and Delhi-based Experiential Design Lab for developing the store.
