In the hiring spree that the major eCommerce players are engaging into, Snapdeal’s latest joinee is Jayant Sood, as the chief customer experience officer (CCO). Sood has been given the responsibility of looking after customer service operations at Snapdeal.
Sood is an ex American Express employee where he served for 20 years. He then worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd as the chief service officer.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi and Chartered Accountancy certificate from "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India".
Speaking about his appointment, Sood said, "Snapdeal has seen unprecedented growth in the last three years and is undoubtedly the fastest growing eCommerce company in the country. We are on the road to build world-class customer service operations at Snapdeal that will lay the foundation for best in class customer experience."
