New Delhi: Web solutions provider GoDaddy has partnered with Microsoft to launch ‘Get Online Today’ to help SMBs and emerging entrepreneurs to get their businesses online for Rs 99 a month.
'It is a challenge for small businesses to get off the ground in India. With ‘Get Online Today’, we believe that starting a business online provides the easiest and the most cost effective solution for any small business owner,' said Rajiv Sodhi, Vice President and Managing Director, GoDaddy India.
'It is our aim to equip small business owners with the right tools and solutions to establish an online presence, helping them reach more customers globally and operate 24/7,' he added.
GoDaddy has worked with Microsoft and designed the Get Online Today offer.
As part of the partnership, customers will get a domain name, get support to build a website as well as access to Microsoft's Office 365 solution for Rs 99 a month. In addition to accessing the complete Get Online package, customers will also have access to GoDaddy’s 24/7 customer care to answer any questions or support they may need during set up and use.
'My goal was to access data from anywhere, on a safe platform and to improve collaboration with my team members. Office 365 from GoDaddy redefined flexibility for me. I can create a spreadsheet on my laptop, edit it on my tablet and share it from my smart phone,” said Chetan Patel, Founder of Vishal FinCap, a proprietary trading and wealth management services firm.
'Office 365 is transformational for small businesses because it allows them to easily access the same powerful tools that large companies use at an affordable price,' said Meetul Patel, General Manager, SMS&P, Microsoft India.
