Viviana brings a vibrant mix of retail and entertainment options at the mall. It houses over 250 brands including top international brands like ZARA, Marks & Spencer and domestic renowned brands like AND, Global Desi, Satya Paul, Fabindia, Nalli etc.
Recently added to the Viviana’s family and also for the first time in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai, is Forever 21, a leading American fashion retailer. With this, Viviana becomes the first mall in India to have a combination of foremost international brands like ZARA and Forever 21 under one roof.
Another top attraction to the mall is Cinepolis, a megaplex with 14 screens which houses six concepts under one roof.
Talking about the percentage, international brands occupy 30 per cent of the entire mall, while the domestic one’s occupy 65 per cent and the remaining 5 per cent is acquired by the local brands. Sunil Shroff, Sr Vice President shared, “National brands are doing a good sale. Further, women’s ethnic and men’s formal wear are the best performing categories in the mall. Both the categories have brands which have been nurtured and born in India eg. Raymonds, Zodiac, Nalli, Soch, Jashn etc.”
