Crownit, a merchant discovery and privileges platform, has announced its collaboration with online taxi aggregator Ola. The association will allow users to book Ola cabs through the Crownit app and receive redeemable points for every booking in the form of ‘crowns’, thereby adding greater value to every consumer cab reservation. Crownit’s integration with Ola also marks the second anniversary of its inception and underlines its commitment to help users save on their lifestyle spends through offers on local deals. The platform is gearing up for higher transaction frequencies and more app usage through this partnership.
Commenting on the tie-up, Sameer Grover, Founder & CEO, Crownit, said, “Cab reservations, today, have emerged as one of the most popular day-to-day booking categories for the Indian consumer. Since our entire proposition revolves around providing value-addition to our very frequent and high-spending user base of 9.5 lakh customers, we decided to venture into the category and extend the benefits of our platform to user cab reservations. We are confident that the partnership will provide our users with another avenue to win exciting rewards along with the convenience of making all their lifestyle purchases through a single app.”
The platform has been partnering with aggregators across multiple product/service categories in order to create a seamless and rewarding experience for users through deals, cashbacks and other value-driven benefits.
