Dr Mahesh Gupta, Chairman, Kent RO Systems Limited said: ‘We are planning to open 10 new Brand Experience Centres by the end of this year in Delhi NCR. These experience centres will communicate KENT RO’s product feel, features and values through live demonstrations. Further, the company is planning to launch multiple centres across India and overseas markets. Today’s customers want experiences, not just things. Consumers today are broadly catching on to the notion that experiences make you happier and are as valuable ‐‐ or more ‐‐ than buying fancy things, hence, this is a great way to establish dialogues with these new-age modern customers. The experience centre will also educate the consumers about water contamination and how the Kent Experience Zone will help them in leading a comparative healthy life.’
