Hasbro Promotes Casey Collins as President for its Consumer Products Division

In a recent announcement, Hasbro promoted Casey Collins as President, Global Licensed Consumer Products and Partnerships/ Alliances with immediate effect. In his elevated position, Casey will focus on managing Hasbro’s key, high-level strategic partnerships, such as with Frito-Lay, Lego, McDonald’s, Mattel, Miniso, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Nestlé, Paramount Global, Reebok, The Walt Disney Company and WarnerMedia, while continuing to oversee the company’s global LCP business.

In the first quarter 2024, Hasbro, Inc. reported revenue decline of 24% driven primarily by the eOne film and television divestiture; excluding the divestiture, revenue decline 9% with growth in the Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming segment (+7%) and Entertainment (+65%) more than offset by declines in Consumer Products (-21%).

Hasbro Inc reported the operating profit of $116.2 million includes $32.4 million of intangible amortization associated with eOne, loss on disposal of business and costs associated with the Company's transformation; Operating Margin of 15.3%.

On the promotion of Collins, Hasbro said the move was part of the company’s renewed efforts to put a special focus on being the partner of choice for the top licensors and retailers around the world, to help drive the company’s mutual businesses across key categories and to ultimately deliver brand-new and innovative products and experiences for fans and families everywhere.

Through Casey’s expanded leadership role, Hasbro says it can ‘successfully drive that vision forward’ for its portfolio of 1,900+ brands through strategic licensing and partnership opportunities.
