WBC Endorses Indian Professional Boxing League (IPBL) and 12R’s Fantasy Boxing App

The World Boxing Council (WBC) has officially endorsed the Indian Professional Boxing League (IPBL) and 12R’s Fantasy Boxing App, marking a landmark achievement for professional boxing in India. With this endorsement, the IPBL is recognized as the only WBC-approved professional boxing league in the country.

This endorsement positions IPBL as a premier platform for emerging Indian boxers, offering a comprehensive range of events from local matches to international competitions. The partnership is set to enhance the sport by providing a robust platform for Indian talent and engaging global audiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.

The IPBL will prioritize local talent by ensuring 70 percent of boxers are from India while allowing 30 percent international participation. Regional franchises will focus on nurturing homegrown talent, supported by WBC’s global exposure.”
