The new store is located at the entrance of the mall and occupies an entire tower, giving the brand a prominent presence within one of Patna’s key shopping destinations.
Located at Palladium Ahmedabad, the store has been designed to offer customers access to the brand’s latest fashion collections and shopping experience under one roof.
The new outlets, located on Waltair Road and at Inorbit Mall, mark the brand’s entry into the state and take its South India footprint to more than 100 cafés. The company now operates over 240 cafés across India.
The acquisition will be completed through the purchase of 1,50,00,000 equity shares via a combination of fresh issue shares and shares acquired from existing shareholders, in one or more tranches.
The new brand will focus on integrating local culture into its properties, with an emphasis on regional food, art, music, architecture, and community-driven experiences.
The move is aimed at improving customer access to repair, warranty and technical support services as the company expands its presence in the Indian smartphone market.
The brand entered the Indian market in early 2025 and launched its first outlets in Hyderabad in April 2026, followed by store openings in Pune and other cities.
