Housl!fe is offering a wide repertoire of products ranging from home furnishings to electronic goods. In a conversation with Harsh Suman, Mahesh M, Chief Executive Officer, Housl!fe highlighted their expansion plan over the next few years.
Kindly throw more light on your operations?
We started our operations about two months ago and are focused on the home décor segment along with giving a world-class experience to our customers.
And, at our store spread across 32, 000-sq ft, we offer 32 leading brands and the repertoire ranges from a small tissue holder to premium home theatre system. In addition, our store layout allows customers to ‘experiment’ with various products via the brand galleries we have set up.
The brands present at our store include ‘Pick up life’, which offer wedding-related products along with Tamwood and Luxus, specialising in customised wardrobe solutions. We have also placed a special emphasis on promoting Indian brands and designers, in-store.
The home décor segment is rather competitive with a large number of unorganised players. How do you differentiate yourself from peers?
We offer customised as well as standardised products and allied solutions, and our strong logistical network ably supports our operations. In addition, we ‘engage’ effectively with our customers and communicate the key product features to them via various initiatives.
You are currently present at Ishanya Mall, Pune. What are your future plans?
Over the next one year we plan to expand our presence to three more cities across the country and leverage the emerging opportunities there.
