We, at Lite Bite Foods, are planning to take Punjab Grill – Gourmet Fine Dining, one of our signature restaurants, which is already doing very successful business in Singapore, to the extremely competitive market of Washington and Abu Dhabi. The menu will be revised as per the preferences of the local consumers. This will be followed by an opening of Zambar and Asia Seven restaurants in Abu Dhabi. 
We feel that each new market is a fresh challenge and that drives us to do better. Keeping in mind the local competition, demographics, price points, pay structures and local ingredients, we address the issues, customising that market.
 
Creating a WOW experience!
The Indian consumers are evolving in terms of their food preferences and dining out habits. As nowdays, it has become increasingly difficult for working women or even housewives to dish up ‘traditional’ dishes, which seem to have gone out of our kitchens, but can thankfully still be enjoyed at a restaurant.
Catering to our customers, we are offering authentic cuisines, such as Punjabi, Mediterranean, South Indian, low fat, farm to table dining or farm to fresh dining.

New technologies, science, a hyper competitive environment and prickly economic challenges, all have contributed to bringing people issues at the forefront. At Lite Bite Foods, we are committed to stringent procedures, which monitor quality control, well-documented food safety and cleanliness guidelines and comprehensive training programmes are imparted. We look forward to strengthening our operations with a collaborative approach, to lead in the competitive business environment.
 
Technology integration
Considering that we cater to a digital savvy generation, we plan to introduce a robust home delivery dedicated application that offers convenience to our customers. It will certainly help to monitor the performance in terms of customer feedback, re-ordering, and reviews, among other parameters.
Apart from this, we have also introduced SAP in all our systems and procedures. The solution has benefitted us in many fronts, including align and enhance strategies and operations, to enhance productivity and insight, and the like.
