Q) How does Abad Nucleus Mall stand apart and been able to drag footfall to the mall?

Big Bazar on the ground floor offers wide range of groceries which most people don’t prefer buying online.

Max is our Anchor on the 1st floor and Max products are usually not sold online.

Symphony Hall on the 2nd floor is a Plush Banquet hall which is very unique to Nucleus Mall. Nucleus Mall might be the only mall in India which has such an option.

Abad Food Court on the 3rd floor is operated by Abad Hotels and has a lot of food options to choose from and cannot be availed online.

Entertainment Zone & Multiplex is something which needs to be experienced. Our multiplex is the only multiplex in Kerala to have a Dolby Atmos. Entertainment Zone offers a wide range of arcade games, 6D theatre and Soft play.


Q) Tell us about your catchment and how you think your mall is serving the catchment well?

Abad Nucleus Mall is the only mall in South Kochi. It serves as a neighbourhood mall. It serves residential clusters of Tripunithura, Thevara, Maradu, Netoor and Irumpanam.


Q) What is the mall scenario in Southern India?

As far as Cochin is concerned, there are 5 malls and Nucleus Mall does not have any Mall within 10 Km radius. The scenario in South India is not bad as NCR as the number of malls are much lesser.


Q) What kind of amenities and facilities you have in place in your mall?

We provide all standard facilities as most other malls do. Over and above that, we have a Banquet hall with a capacity of 1,000 pax.


Q) What kind of footfall you have during weekends and during weekdays?

Weekends – 10,000 per day average

Weekdays – 5,000 per day average


Q) What kind of new initiatives you are going to have in near future?

The Multiplex was opened recently and helped in driving footfalls. We will plan new facilities as per the need of the hour.
