 Kindly highlight your current distribution in terms of EBOs and MBOs?

We have over 130 outlets including MBO’s and EBO’s covering pan India. (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Ludhiana etc). No franchise stores as of yet.

Kindly shed light on target group? What are the various initiatives you have taken to look after your customer better?

We portray our brand as a complete western apparel brand for female targeting women in the age group of 25+, Sec A,B . Our customer is primarily a working woman, having personal disposable income to spend good value on our products. We have recently started our Loyalty program and with time we introduce offers to benefit LQ customers.

Being a fashion retailer which are your core categories and how are you looking to expand the category line? What is your price range also mention your bill size?

Primarily we focus on Dresses, Blouse (Tops), Jackets. Recently we have started out with Bottoms and a new category of woolen sweaters. Our price point starts from Rs 999 and goes upto Rs 4999. Our average bill size is Rs. 2500.

What is the location strategy for your stores – malls or high street? Which locations do you prefer? Are you also looking at shop-in-shops?

We have locations at high street and Malls both. We prefer locations on the basis of demographic profile, culture and trends of customers. We do have SIS at Pantaloons, Shoppers and Central.

Please provide details of your customer loyalty program (if any). What is the Loyalty Club contribution to sales?

We started with our Loyalty program last year named “LQ STYLE CLUB” enrolling all the customers’ database, having Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers based on their spending historical data.

Kindly highlight the brand’s growth plans?

We are trying for tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Currently we are focusing on EBO’s, SIS and Online. We can also consider franchise option if good plan comes up.
