Tell us about your revenue model?

Our business runs on a service-based revenue model which is linked to the number of clients, projects and resources. Our endeavour is to increase our revenue per resource by 25 per cent in next two years by offering higher value-adding services for our clients.

What according to you is the future of online retail?

The future of online retail is mobile- the e-commerce market in India is expected to quadruple over the next 5 years, with proliferation of smartphones from 120 million in 2014 to 600 million in the next 5 years. Online retailers will have to proactively conceptualize and execute a digital strategy focussed towards mobile users by providing them with a seamless experience which is platform agnostic. The Government’s ambitious ‘Digital India’ project that aims to offer a one-stop shop for Government services will further bolster the sector by introducing internet and broadband to remote corners of the country and increase trade

What technological innovations do you plan to provide your clients?

We are focused on developing a comprehensive omnichannel offering which interacts with customers along the entire purchase pathway- which ensures that the customers do not distinguish between online and physical channels while shopping, but expect a seamless experience.
