India’s M&B Footwear Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and markets premium shoe brands through a countrywide network of retail outlets, shop-in-shops, and multi brand outlets (MBOs). In a little more than a decade, M&B Footwear Pvt. Ltd, one of India’s fastest growing shoe companies, has managed to establish an impressive footprint for itself in both - manufacturing and retail sectors of country’s expanding shoe industry.

Requirements: Operating in a highly competitive market, this fast-growing company needed greater visibility and control across a wide and vertically integrated enterprise.

Challenges:  The challenges in the process were centralised information from disparate sources, providing senior management with greater visibility into operations, improving efficiency to control costs, increasing agility in a competitive market and enabling company’s future growth strategy.
