Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. is a part of Dubai-based Landmark Group. It is the leading retailer in Gulf region with more 30 years of retailing experience.

The retail brand has consolidated itself in the market with its vibrant, trendy and youthful offerings. It began its operation in 1999 launching its first store in Chennai. Under Lifestyle International there are retail brands like Lifestyle, Home Centre, Bossini, Splash and Max Retail, a value format retail chain in the space of footwear and apparel.

Growth & Expansion

The present growth rate of Lifestyle is 23.8 per cent and Max Retail has pegged a growth rate at 87.3 per cent. The total business size of Lifestyle and Max Retail, taken together, is Rs 1,186.4 crore. Business size of Lifestyle alone is Rs 992.8 crore. This year Lifestyle has the plan to have a total number of outlets of 32 and for Max Retail it is 35. The plan is afoot to make these numbers 49 and 57 respectively across India by 2013. Lifestyle International, presently, covers a retail space of 1,470,819 sq ft, including Max Retail, and plans to acquire a space of 2,306,557 sq ft by 2013.
