This new shopping destination is expected to attract consumers from the top end of society, from both NCR and the capital. Also, to differentiate itself from its peers this mall would bifurcate the retail space into different zones and also enhance the shopping experience for its consumers.
For instance, zones like Market Place, International Boulevard, Hi-Street, Family Hub and Entertainment City would be created and house more than 475 retail outlets. This retail project is being developed by a team of international project management consultants including Turner, Benoy, Varney Designs and Mesbur+Smith.
Apart from that, a large indoor entertainment arrangement would be in place spread over two levels and will have many unique options, including 7 DT Star cinema screens with 2,000 seating capacity. And there will also be ample parking space in this mall.
