IN 'QUEST' OF THE PERFECT MALL EXPERIENCE

Back in the year 2013, Kolkata joined the league of other three metros in getting a luxury mall with the opening of Quest, set up by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. At that time it seemed like a big gamble. However, the company was very confident – their business instinct told them that the city was ready for this kind of luxury. It was hard work and called for patience but eventually the investment paid off. “In today’s times, the demand is for premium brands because luxury shopping has become a trend,” says Sanjeev Mehra, VP, Quest Properties India Limited. As of now, the mall houses 50% international brands, 35% national brands and 22% regional brands.

“We are planning to launch ‘The Sky Bar’. We have started a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine and there are more new restaurants on the way,” he informs.
