HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY'

What is the current scenario of the real estate industry and the market in India? With what revolutionary concept did the company come into being?

The company is credited with the concept of developing transparency for its customers in residential, commercial and IT projects in Delhi NCR. With the visualization of creating an honest and hardworking environment, our main aim is to provide customer satisfaction. The company has a simple yet effective business strategy - honesty is still the best policy. Our objective is to follow a transparent and customer-centric approach to ensure a fruitful business association with our esteemed clients, employees and business associates, thereby following our vision of ‘bringing clarity into
real estate’.

What has been your mantra behind timely and satisfactory delivery in a market that is witnessing many transformations?

Our mantra at Acres N Inches is that we focus on absolute honesty clubbed with prompt after-sales service. We have a dedicated support team that engages in regular and aggressive follow-up with developers so that even a single individual customer gets the treatment that he or she is worthy of.

What refreshing concepts and innovations have you introduced for your customers?

Before offering a product to our customers, Acres N Inches pre-tracks the delivery history of the developers they work with in order to ensure timely possessions. Also, we make sure that such clauses are included in the agreement documentation between the builder and the buyer, which further brightens the prospects for a client to get timely possession within the mentioned time frame.

What challenges are you facing at the moment and what is your action plan to overcome them?

In a competitive market like real estate, being customer-oriented is the one and only way of addressing any challenge that may arise. We believe that external factors can only pose a temporary challenge and the real challenge will always be about how to continuously improvise within the organisation itself.

What are your plans to scale up?

Currently working out of a 20,000 sq. feet corporate office, we understand that it is a long journey ahead and the fact that it comes with great responsibilities. Usage of technology and automation, hiring skilled professionals, training and development workshops for staff and business associates in order to enhance a value-oriented work culture, wider range of exclusive projects that are easy on a customer’s pocket and dedicated customer support are just a few of the many initiatives being taken by us to scale up our goodwill, presence as well as our business on a pan-India basis.
