AGIL's tie up with Whyndham

AGIL, the leading real estate developer in India has announced its strategic tie-up with World’s leading hospitality giant, Whyndham Hotel Group. With this arrangement in order, AGIL has plans to build up 4 hotels around the country, targeting the tier II & III cities, namely Kochi, Chennai, Ludhiana and Hisar. AGIL has ventured into the hospitality segment, and plan to set-up hotel management academy to cater to the staff training requirements on their own. Mr. Surender K Gupta, Chairman, AGIL says “entering into the hospitality segment has always been our dream, and our alliance with Whyndham Group can only benefit us in establishing ourself as a brand”.  Mr. Ken Greene, President, Whyndham Hotel Group, expressed his delight at being able to collaborate with such a renowned real estate company. With an investment of Rs 500cr for the 4 hotels coming up within 2015, AGIL will oversee the construction of the properties and ensure that they meet the international standards of the Whyndham Group. Also by the end of this year, Whyndham Hotel Group plans to bring its other brands into the country such as, Howard Johnson, Days Inn etc.
