Clothing brand, blackberry partners with consumer business solution provider Capillary Technologies to offer personalised one to one engagement with consumers in 200 exclusive stores in India. Company hopes it would be able to enable intelligent consumer engagements by delivering right messaging at the right time through the right channel to the right customer.
Capillary will be working with Blackberrys in-house brand experience team to power these solutions, extending its retail & consumer business domain knowledge to the in-store experiential attributes for Blackberrys India.
