Delhi Duty Free Services Pvt. Ltd (DDFS), India’s largest duty free retail space at T3 at IGI Airport in Delhi, in association with Eternal Gandhi and Gandhi Smriti Museum, are celebrating Gandhi Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

Delhi Duty Free has a dedicated section titled ‘Discover India’ that highlights Indian products including authentic ready-to-eat food, a wide selection of tea and coffee, hand crafted Indian Souvenirs together with a special area for Mahatma  Gandhi branded products. Eternal Gandhi, an initiative by Aditya Birla Group offers special Mahatma Gandhi souvenirs that are reminiscence of his times and his personality. To commemorate Gandhi’s birth anniversary, Delhi Duty Free has displayed Gandhi’s statue from Gandhi Smriti museum, his charkha, famous quotes, poems and prayers by him at the Duty Free area at the T3 at IGI Airport in Delhi.

Bapu among the international travellers coming to India during the Common Wealth Games and acquainting them with his thoughts and way of life. By supporting the exhibit with official Souvenirs, we enhance the experience by enabling them to take home memories”.

Delhi Duty Free has launched a promotional offer also for the travelers on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti that entitles any international traveler spending USD20 or more to get a complimentary Mahatma Gandhi souvenir. Some of the products displayed by Eternal Gandhi in the area include Eternal Gandhi paper stand with watch (Crystal Cube with the meaningful and relevant message of non-violence), 50 years calendar, Eternal Gandhi Crystal Cube MARK IV, Eternal Gandhi Key ring and much more. The promotion began on September 16, 2010 and would be on till October 20, 2010
