In an interaction with Indianretailer.com, Timmy Sarna, Managing Director, DLF Brands, shares the company’s plan for expansion. He says, “DLF Brands has 120 stores as of now and will be adding over 50 stores by the end of this year. We’ll be setting up 15 stores of Mothercare, 15 for Sunglass Hut, Claire’s will be of 15, and between Boggi Milano and DKNY there will be another four-five stores, also Mango will have six new stores.” DLF brand is coming up with Avenue, a large format multi brand outlet, and 6-8 such outlets will be launched this year. The size of the store will be around 15,000-12,000 sq. ft. In another three to four years, DLF Brands wants to take the total number of stores up to 500.
