DailyNinja buys out 4amShop in all-cash deal

In yet another major acquisition deal Hyperlocal subscription-based Bengaluru-based delivery startup DailyNinja has acquired Hyderabad based 4amShop for an undisclosed amount in an all-cash deal. This event is followed by DailyNinja raising $3 million (about Rs 20 crore) financing in a round led by Saama Capital.

4amShop also operates making early morning deliveries of household essentials along with milk and groceries. Following its acquisition, all customers of 4amShop will move to the DailyNinja platform.

Both DailyNinja and 4amShop use a network of milk vendors to deliver milk and other essentials to customers. As per the media figures, founded in July 2015 by Yarnalkar and Anurag Gupta, DailyNinja handles 30,000 orders daily and expects to increase the number to 150,000 in the next one year.
