Flora Corporation Ltd to invest in equity shares of VCR8 Media Pvt Ltd

Flora Corporation Ltd has proposed to invest in equity shares of VCR8 Media Pvt Ltd in its board meeting.

After such investment, VCR8 Media Pvt Ltd shall become 100% subsidiary of Flora Corporation ltd. VCR8 Media Pvt Ltd is a Hyderabad based IT / ITES company having its presence in IT infrastructure management services and also engaged in supply of all kinds of computers and peripherals.

The company was incorporated in 2013 by technology driven promoters having appropriate IT / ITES profiles. VCR8 Media had reported revenue of Rs.1146.81 lakhs in the year 2015-16.
