HyperCity has implemented Oracle Retail solutions to integrate retail store operations and help deliver better insight into its 12-store hypermarket business to optimise sales, profitability and customer service initiatives. The use of Oracle Retail will aid them to work around enhancing customer experience in their stores. The application of Oracle Retail Point-of-Service, Oracle Retail Central Office and Oracle Retail Back Office facilitate HyperCity to create a solitary, centralised platform for hypermarket operations.
