India’s s largest water purifiers manufacturing company and one of the pioneers in RO Technology would strengthen its share in water purification market through entering into the franchisee model, exclusive stores called as KENT Shoppe’s. Kent RO Systems Ltd. opens its first Exclusive Kent Shoppe at East Delhi Market.
The store is spread over 200-500 square feet situated at 7/1 East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. This retail space would offer the consumers to meet with the latest innovations in water purifier industry. Through this Kent Shoppe people will be able to feel the unique buying experience with combination of technical know-how through the experts sitting in the showrooms to educate the people on the products and their functionalities. This Exclusive East Patel Nagar Store would enable KENT to present full product range.
Customers can choose from the portfolio of water purifiers, air purifiers, vegetable purifiers, etc. At this exclusive store customers will be able to get proper guidance on the products, meet their requirements by the experts sitting in the showrooms. This educative drive will help them choose the right product.
Bringing about a paradigm shift in the Indian purification industry, the company plans to set up 200 Shoppe in a year’s time.
Mr Mahesh Gupta, Chairman Kent RO Systems Ltd. said that, “The water purifying market is a growing one and there is an increasing demand for water purifiers. These products are not commodities. Our idea is to put an array of products in the store and let the consumer have an experience of the new innovative range to make their life healthier.”
“Due to lack of proper information and knowledge coupled with the wide range of purification products in the market, consumers face problems in picking the right product for themselves. It is this need gap that KENT intends to fill by empowering the customers with proper information & guidance in a friendly environment.
With the net investment of Rs. 10 lakh on the set up, the company is expecting to generate the revenue of Rs. 10 lakhs from each store per month with one year break even period. With a current turnover of 250 crores and over around 40% of market share, KENT is optimistic that with the coming of our exclusive stores will enhance market share in all categories.
This will add to its present network of multi brand dealer. With 6000 distributors across India, KENT would be the only water purifier company to have such “Exclusive Stores”. These stores will go pan India, in metropolitan cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. The stores would be spread over 200-500 sq ft in major markets where there are high footfalls.
