Myntra aims to acquire 5 lakh new customers during EORS

Myntra, one of the leading online fashion brands of India, has said they are looking to achieve 25x sales in the upcoming End of Reason Sale (EORS) to be held between 3-5th of January'2017.

In a statement issued by the company, it reads that the company expects to acquire 5 lakh new customers through the three day sale.

During the EORS, Myntra said they will be offering 3.5 lakh products on sale at 50-80% discounts with participation from over 2000 global and Indian brands. They said, traffic to the platform expect to rise by about 60% over the previous sale period during the same period. Also, Myntra believes tier II and III cities and towns will contribute about 45% to the volume of sale during EORS.

Ananth Narayanan, CEO, Myntra, said, "ORS is the single largest fashion sale event in the country and we expect to clock in double the sales this time than the previous edition of EORS. Our platforms are geared to serve over 15 million customers and deal with a whopping 470% increase in traffic over a normal day. We are committed to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and have strengthened our logistics team to be able to make 4 lakh deliveries per day to over 13000 pin codes across the country. We expect to deliver 50 lakh products by the end of the sale."
