Naaptol To Double Its Customer Base Of 10 Million

Home shopping company, Naaptol plans to double its customer base of ten million in 2018 and is going to roll out its brick-and-mortar stores for the first time in smaller cities. The company is also moving to complete dispatch of orders to customers from its own fulfilment centres.

Manu Agarwal, CEO of Naaptol said “brick and mortar stores will give buyers a touch-and-feel experience and availability of wide range of categories under one roof. This would simplify their shopping and more importantly improve their lives with innovative utility products.”

With this, Naaptol is the latest amongst the digital retail platforms to roll out brick-and-mortar stores in the country which helps to rope in first-time digital shoppers and also provides an experiential experience to them.

Naaptol processes around 40,000 orders a day with an average price of Rs 3,000 per transaction. It has tied up with various top notch brands such as Samsung, Yamaha, Lava mobile, Amazon Kindle, HDFC Life and HDFC ERGO amongst others. The company says the beauty segment is one of the fastest growing categories.
