Panasonic India to focus on B2B segment

Panasonic India is attempting to offset the rupee depreciation and also improve operating margins by shifting its focus to the
business-to-business (B2B) format. Globally, 85 per cent of its revenues are derived from the B2B format and it helps in substantial reduction in operating costs, including advertising and distribution. Addressing reporters, Manish Sharma, Managing Director, Panasonic India, said, “It is due to the exchange rate fluctuations that we want to focus more on the B2B segment.”
