New Delhi: India’s retail go-to market enabler RapidRetail has launched its maiden store in Ujjain. The store will dedicatedly provide Patanjali products and services to further strengthen the engagement quotient of arguably Indian retail market’s most powerful FMCG brand with its users in Ujjain.
The megastore will have a dedicated Vaidya (medical service provider) who will treat patients free of cost and a Divya Pharmacy that stores the complete range of Ayurvedic products offered by the brand.
The megastore will also provide the latest Patanjali products, when they are available at a limited scale in the open market.
“With RapidRetail megastores, we aim to boost this growth story further by establishing a direct, one-stop communication channel for Patanjali’s users to stay engaged with the brand and enhance product visibility as well as accessibility,” said RapidRetail’s Co-founder and CEO Vishal Shah.
The megastore in Ujjain aims to further enhance the purchase experience of users by introducing the ‘Swadeshi Samridhi Program’, a loyalty-based transaction card program wherein users are offered 10% cashback on purchases.
Consumers can also avail an INR 5 lakh life insurance policy or INR 2 lakh accidental cover. These unique services are aimed to further incentivize existing users of Patanjali’s products and encourage new users to adopt the brand’s offerings for a comprehensive security of their health and overall well-being.
