Rosebys Interiors expands its service portfolio

The home furnishing and accessories retailer chain Rosebys Interiors
India is venturing the home maintenance services in partnership with
IT firm, Caretel. The company with its parent company GHCL, is
expecting the revenue worth Rs 100 crore within the first year of the
launch.

"We are extending our Rosebys brand to home care and maintenance
services. While we have the expertise of home decor and lifestyle,
Caretel gives us the platform for IT and customer care management to
embark into this home maintenance services," Rosebys Interior India
Managing Director Nikhil Sen said.

With the launch of new branch codenamed as Rosebys Home Care Ltd seven
months back, the company has earmarked the investment of Rs 50 crore
into the new project. The extension is floated under the brand
‘Homegenie’ providing the services like maintenance of equipments,
plumbing carpentry, other domestic home care services etc.

The services would be made available in Noida and the NCR region to
the members for which the annual fee is up to Rs 8,000. Eventually the
company is planning to spread pan-India also in the later years.
