Swatch takes over Rivoli

Swatch, a global icon, acquired a majority stake in Dubai- based retail chain Rivoli, by raising its stake to 58 per cent.

This Swiss watch maker bought the additional 18 per cent stake in this retailer from the private equity arm of Dubai Holding for an undisclosed amount.
