Tata Housing launches GoodLife
Tata Housing Development Company has launched its first pan-India retail brand – GoodLife, specially designed to bring mall culture to urban localities where there are no malls.
GoodLife has been introduced as a part of its 65 acre integrated township project in Boisar, an upcoming suburb in the Thane district in the state of Maharashtra.
Speaking on the launch of GoodLife, Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director, Tata Housing, said, “We are very excited to launch our first retail initiative GoodLife. It’s much more than a collection of shops with basic infrastructure and a conducive shopping environment. Planned to fit the locality and geography into which it is built, it is air-conditioned and mapped for customers to actually spend time rather than rush off. We are confident that Goodlife will become a destination shopping experience in suburban locations like Boisar and beyond. Along with entertainment and diverse cuisines for the family, Goodlife is the refreshing experience that customers and retail brands have been waiting for.”
Goodlife, Boisar, is strategically located where more than 2,500 families would be the primary consumer. Stationed at the front face of the township, it will attract shoppers and travellers as they enter the premises. It will intrinsically be a Ground +1 structure and will be designed aesthetically to enhance the shopping experience.
GoodLife will take shape into a hypermarket, which will cater to daily requirements of the township by offering range of products such as apparel, accessories and services like a bank branch, ATMs, salon, restaurants, a café and entertainment – customised as per the requirements of the customers.
