Tulip Retail teams up with True Fit to provide personalised shopping experience

Tulip Retail, a mobile application for retail stores and sales associates, has announced a partnership with True Fit, a data-driven personalisation platform for footwear and apparel retailers to improve the in-store shopping experience for shoppers. This integration will provide the customers with highly personalised style, fit, and size recommendations.

The in-store personalisation concept will first be tested at select Kate Spade, New York stores later this year.

The partnership will benefit every customer with personal style, fit, and size recommendations and enabling shoppers to view a personally curated catalog of items for every shopper, where each customer's best items float to the top for a more efficient shopping experience.

It will also offer enhanced product knowledge for sales associates, experiential shopping in store that's personal, engaging, and highly productive and knowledgeable store associates who can interact with customers on a more personal level.
