With this partnership, Unicommerce will enable the fashion house to manage its products, inventories and deliveries across 12+ marketplaces.
At present, the signature brands AND and Global Desi are retailed through 515 points of sales, including 122 exclusive stores and 350 established multi-brand lifestyle formats, such as Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Central etc. The partnership aims to enable House of Anita Dongre to enhance its operational capabilities like managing inventory, warehousing, last mile delivery and, thereby, offer shoppers a seamless online experience.

In May 2018, Unicommerce entered into an agreement with Infibeam Avenues Limited (formerly known as Infibeam Incorporation Limited) to be acquired for up to INR 1,200 million. The deal is expected to be closed by October 2018 subject to due diligence and relevant approvals.
