Amid the ongoing Covid 19 lockdown, packaged food Britannia Industries company has decided to leverage chatbot technology to enable its patrons to locate the company’s product in nearby stores.

 With this tech deployment the objective is faster respond to the surge in consumer demand amid the coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdown. The GPS-based chatbot publishes a list of stores near the consumer’s current location on whatsapp, which have been recently serviced by the company.                             

 “Given the ongoing lockdown, our teams are constantly innovating to ensure high accessibility to our products, across geographies and town classes.
