After testing waters in the capital with its flagship store in South Extension, Saundh, a luxury wear label for women, has launched its second Delhi store in Greater Kailash. The store is spread over 706 sq ft.
Saundh is conquering not just the hearts but also new geographical frontiers. The aim is to connect with the Saundh Tribe and be the ultimate wardrobe destination for women across India. With a mission to put Indian aesthetic in contemporary design language, the brand is ready with its new outpost. Being a homegrown D2C brand, it aims to spread across the country with about 15 stores in the pipeline in the current fiscal year. The brand has a strong digital presence with add-on services like virtual appointments, customised fits, and doorstep delivery to further add to its credentials.
With the launch of its latest store, Saundh also stages the reveal of its latest AW’21 Collection, ‘Kalp Haat’, a festive collection seeking inspiration from the rich artistic heritage further brought to life on rich fabrics through digital iterations of classic motifs, surface ornamentation, traditional embroideries, and handcrafted embellishments. The unique storytelling accompanying the designs has been the brand’s USP since its inception.
Sarabjeet Saluja, Founder & CEO, Saundh, said, “Saundh as a brand stems from our love for textiles and our vision to create a global label inspired by India. We aim to create a niche where the gap between designer clothing, aesthetics and affordability minimizes. Our new collection, Kalp Haat, is dedicated to our rich artistic heritage retold as print stories in contemporary silhouettes. We all have missed travel the most and this festive season we celebrate the wanderlust with the tales of Kalp Haat.”
The collection which carries the essence of yesteryears’ tradition and renders it with love on modern contemporary silhouettes is a sensory treat depicting the conflux of numerous art forms from all over the country. The collection entails new and widened offerings ranging across, kurta sets, accessories, jackets, sarees, dresses, and more.
