The retail chain has heightened its safety protocols to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers. Additionally, it has also teamed up with Yellow Messenger to enable ordering via WhatsApp for a contactless experience.

The conversational AI bot is created by Yellow Messenger, the world's fastest-growing virtual assistant company, with an aim to make the process of placing an order easier and hassle-free. In addition to Nature's Basket app and website, the WhatsApp bot provides an enhanced user experience where the order can be placed through the app with just a few clicks. Users can also make their payments online to avoid contact. 

In addition to this, Nature's Basket has also expanded its operations to include delivery services in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai. As a supplier of essential goods, Nature's Basket now also provides same-day deliveries in all the markets.

With timely in-store sanitization, temperature checks, staff members geared with masks and gloves, and sanitization checkpoints, the store follows the highest standard of safety protocols. Nature's Basket has also ensured that their delivery personnel wear masks, sanitize regularly, and deliver the groceries contactless to guarantee utmost safety.
