Beyond Designs Home and Bistro: Where Food and Art Meet

The Design District on MG Road in Sultanpur now has a new shopping-cum-dining place called Beyond Designs Home and Bistro. Beyond designs, which is a leading luxury furniture brand has come up with this new concept where one can not only shop for some exquisite home accessories but can also indulge in a lavish food affair.  

This French-styled bistro offers a novel experience of shopping for unique home accessories (with meticulously curated Modern European cuisine, along with some Asian fare in a stunning and artful environment. Neha Gupta, who is an architect, Designer and the Co-Founder of Beyond Designs wanted to bring this concept, which she enjoyed on her extensive travels across the world.

A charming classic-contemporary décor dotted with art and design, the bistro is passionately crafted with interiors full of chic rustic walls adorned with exclusive artworks and wallpaper. There are sophisticated seating of white marble top tables, chic cane chairs, classic upholstered sofas in exotic prints. And there one can find displayed exquisite home accessories, some created in-house, others sourced from across the globe and grand vintage-inspired chandeliers too.

The bistro serves a collection of delish breakfasts, lavish lunches, a luxe high tea menu, and beverages serving signatures  One can enjoy Healthy and Mindful Breakfasts like 1960’s Bistro Brekkie, Winterberries and Ricotta on Sourdough bread.

They serve Multi grain orzo salad and Fish n Chips for Conversational Starters to Hand crafted Asian bowls like Pork scallion, Bistro classic Korean Rice, and Vietnamese style yellow curry with noodles. Along with some Modern Plates with Portuguese spiced chicken breast, charred cauliflower, and Orange cilantro fish, one can also relish exotic desserts like classic caramel two ways, Chef special cheesecake and tiramisu.

The dishes come with an interesting twists and fusions. The focus clearly goes beyond the sophisticated dishes – impeccable serve ware and cutlery, stylish presentation, top-notch service, and soothing piped music. Dining out is indeed elevated to a fine art at Beyond Designs Bistro. The breads are baked in-house, and they are soon going to start growing herbs, so what one can expect is a healthful, homegrown, and finger-licking-good fare.
