Ensuring safety and hygiene

India’s one of the leading hospitality expert Foodlink is preparing to reopen their restaurant- China Bistro in India across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru as per the standard operating procedures set by the Health ministry.

These measures include masks for staff and visitors (except when eating), sanitizers, and reduced capacity, live stream their kitchens to reassure customers about hygiene practices, contactless menus in the restaurants.

China Bistro is delivering food in Mumbai across Worli, Chembur & Thane. In Hyderabad, they are open in Jubilee Hills and Kondapur areas. In Dubai, they are delivering food all across Al Karama & Bur Dubai.

Guests can order without hesitation through contactless delivery. They are currently delivering an expansive variety of Pan Asian dishes, from the kitchens of Thai, Korea, Japan, Indonesia and Hong Kong directly and through aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato and Dunzo.



China Bistro has topped up their hygiene and safety procedures as they believe hygiene and taste go hand in hand. They have refreshed the service standards to ensure the highest levels of guest safety in line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health Family Welfare, WHO, FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), ISO (International Organization of Standardization) & HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

A few key health & safety measures they have implemented for guest service include:

·         A shift from aesthetically clean to clinically clean kitchens and premises.

·        Authorized & Trained compliance officers as with a team of Hygiene champions at every unit to enforce Food Safety Programs. 

·        Elaborate staff trainings on food safety compliance and employee health and safety are being conducted through webinars across territories.

·        Enabled advanced menu engineering by prepaid takeaway and takeaway during non-dining hours with contactless delivery through our direct riders and aggregators like Dunzo.

·        Tie up with Dineout and idine for contactless dining experience for their loyal patrons.



Venturing into Contactless Dining

This restaurant chain is offering contactless valet service, contactless seating, contactless menu, contactless order, contactless feedback and contactless payment when our restaurant reopens. This is an end to end contactless dine in experience for the guests. The restaurant has also live stream the kitchen activities along with compliance and hygiene videos at every outlet.
