Starwood Hotels & Resorts expects to open a total of 17 hotels by year-end. In the coming year Aloft, a hotel brand under Starwood Hotels & Resorts will add two hotels in India with openings in Bangalore and New Delhi.

At presents Aloft operates in 14 countries. Recently, Starwood Hotels &Resorts unveiled the 75th Aloft hotel in Panama, the brand’s fourth hotel in Latin America. In the past six months, the Aloft brand has opened hotels in Miami, Chicago, Cleveland, Tulsa, Cancun, Bursa, Kuala Lumpur and Ahmedabad.
